light to moderate winds continue over the waters from the high pressure that sits in the north, but winds will become more southerly along the big sur and Monterey bay region this evening. Otherwise, gentle breezes out of the north and northwest continue through the weekend first portion of the weekend. Dry weather continues through the forecast period as high pressure dominates.
